Use of this site
This website provides information about BIT Garage Pvt Ltd and its services. Content is offered in good faith but does not constitute a commitment to deliver any specific outcome.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting a form or booking a call does not create a contract. Work is performed only under a separate written agreement covering scope, price and timelines.
Intellectual property
The BIT Garage name, logo, site content and product names are the property of BIT Garage Pvt Ltd. Client names and marks shown in case studies remain the property of those clients and appear with permission.
Engagement terms
Services are priced per project or per engagement. Ownership of deliverables, source code and data is set in the engagement agreement, as are confidentiality and support terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BIT Garage is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability under an engagement is governed by that engagement’s agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu.
