Why this product exists
Organisations that run on paper do not lose their records all at once. They lose them one file at a time — a form that never made it back to the cabinet, a register kept by someone who has left, a version that disagrees with the original.
The cost shows up later, when a record has to be produced and nobody can find it. Digitising the cabinet is not the answer either: a folder of scans is only searchable if someone has already decided how it should be organised.
