Software built around how your business actually runs
We map your operations first, then build the system that fits them — instead of a package your team has to work around.
You probably recognise at least one of these
Most custom software work starts with a business that has outgrown the way it records what it does.
- The same data is entered three times, in three places, by three people.
- Nobody can answer a simple question — what did we make on that order? — without an afternoon of digging.
- The business runs out of spreadsheets that only one person really understands.
- Off-the-shelf software forced you to change how you work, so staff quietly went back to paper.
- Two systems hold the same records and disagree with each other.
- Growth means hiring more people to do more manual work.
None of these are software problems yet. They become software problems once you know exactly which part of the process is costing you money — which is what discovery is for.
Everything from the first conversation to handover
A custom build is not just development. These are the parts that decide whether the system gets used.
Discovery and process mapping
Time with the people doing the work, and a written picture of how the business runs today.
System and workflow design
Screens, roles and workflows designed around your process before development starts.
Custom application build
The system itself, built to your requirement rather than configured from a template.
Data migration
Existing records moved out of spreadsheets and legacy systems, checked against source.
Integration with what you run
Accounting, hardware, messaging and any systems you are keeping.
Deployment, training, handover
Production deployment, staff training, and documentation your team keeps.
Discuss, Design, Develop
The tagline is the process. Discovery comes before code on every engagement.
Discuss
We sit with the people doing the work and map how the business actually runs today — before anyone writes a specification. Most of what matters is found here.
What you get
- Process map of how you work today
- A written problem statement
- Scope and priority order
Design
We shape the system, the workflow and the scope together, so you can see what you are getting and what it will change before it is built.
What you get
- Workflow and screen design
- Agreed scope and phasing
- Delivery plan with dates
Develop
We build, deploy and stay with it. Senior people remain on the engagement through delivery and handover, not just the pitch.
What you get
- Working system in production
- Data migrated and verified
- Team trained, documentation handed over
Not sure whether your problem needs software yet?
A 30-minute call is usually enough to tell — and we will say so if it doesn't.
Priced per project or per engagement
No public rates, because scope varies enormously. Tell us what you're trying to do and we'll scope it.
Single project
One defined system, fixed scope, delivered and handed over.
Phased build
The first phase solves the most painful part, later phases follow the value.
Retained
Ongoing development capacity for systems that keep evolving with the business.
A good fit when
- You have a process that works but is held together by manual effort.
- The people who do the work can give us time in discovery.
- You want to own the system, the data and the code.
- You are prepared to change some process, where the data shows it helps.
Not the right fit when
- You need a licence for standard accounting or payroll software — buy it, we will integrate with it.
- You want the cheapest possible build, priced by the hour.
- Nobody internally can make decisions about process.
- You need it live next week.
Systems in production
- Healthcare
Paper records and long queues replaced with one hospital system
Buddha Hospital12 → 3 min100% - Pharmaceutical distribution
Live inventory across three branches, expiry write-offs cut by 60%

Stack follows the requirement, not the reverse
We keep this low on the page deliberately. What you should care about is whether the system fits your process.

Asked on most first calls
It depends on scope, but a first useful release is usually measured in weeks rather than months. Discovery takes one to two weeks, and we phase delivery so the most painful part of your process is solved first.
Priced per project or per engagement. We do not publish rates because scope varies enormously — a single-department tool and a system running four departments are not comparable. Tell us what you are trying to do and we will scope it.
Packaged software assumes a process. When that assumption is wrong, staff work around it and the data stops being trustworthy. We map your process first and build to it, which is the whole reason discovery comes before code.
You do. Source code, data and documentation are handed over as part of delivery, and deployment can sit on your infrastructure or ours.
Usually. Integration with accounting software, existing databases, hardware and messaging is a normal part of scope. Where a system cannot be integrated, we say so during discovery rather than after.
Training and documentation are included. Ongoing support and further development are arranged per engagement — some clients keep us retained, others take the system in-house.
Tell us what you are trying to do. We will scope it.
Priced per project or per engagement, no public rates. A 30-minute call is enough to tell whether we are the right fit.
