Metora
A workflow and coordination tool for teams running complex, multi-step processes.

In developmentCoined name — coordination for work that passes through many hands
Why this product exists
Multi-step work fails at the hand-offs. Each person knows their part; nobody can see the whole, and the status lives in someone’s head or in a chat thread.
Project tools assume software teams. Process tools assume a fixed process. Work that is neither — a build with fifteen stages, an onboarding that touches four departments — ends up back in a spreadsheet.
Metora holds the process itself: stages, owners, dependencies, and where the work actually is right now.
Who it’s for
- Teams running processes with many stages and owners
- Operations teams coordinating across departments
- Businesses whose work does not fit a project tool
What it does
Stated plainly. Feature lists are confirmed per release.
Process as a first-class thing
Stages, owners and dependencies defined once, then reused.
Live status
Where every piece of work is, without asking anyone.
Bottleneck visibility
Which stage work waits at, and for how long.
Role-based views
Each person sees their part, managers see the whole.
Hand-off discipline
Nothing moves stage without an owner accepting it.
Templates
Repeatable processes started from a known-good shape.
What it looks like in use
Screens are added as each release is cleared for publication.
